Commonwealth v. C.W. Domestic Assault, DISMISSED

June 2015

Client was charged with domestic assault for a physical altercation with parent of client's child. 911 calls as well as witness statements suggested client's guilt. However, the complaining witness made statements after the incident which tended to exonerate the client. After challenging the Commonwealth on that, the lack of obvious injuries in the photos, and other bases, the Commonwealth DISMISSED the case.
