Commonwealth v. T.R. - Robbery and Abduction - REDUCED TO MISDEMEANORS
Client, who has no prior criminal record, was charged as part of a mob which lured an individual to a hotel room to imprison and rob him. After investigating the case thoroughly, Ms. Harris presented a compelling argument for diminished culpability . . . and eventually the prosecutor agreed. Client's charges were reduced to misdemeanors, thereby saving him from becoming a convicted felon for the rest of his life.
