United States v. R.C. - Client Removed from Probation with Time Served.

CASE RESULT: Client removed from probation and sentenced to time served.  

Client was on probation for a federal drug crime. Client was violated on his probation for the second time within a year for noncompliance with conditions of probation. After gathering mitigation evidence to show client's sincere efforts on probation, we were able to successfully argue for client to be released on his hearing date and removed from probation.

What Happens Now?

If you are incarcerated, we will contact you in the jail where you are held, and we will remain in contact throughout the pendency of your case. If you are able to come in to the office, we will ask you to come meet in person as soon as possible.
